This 12-week program for adults diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) helps to alleviate the symptoms of this illness and delay its effects. We offer a welcoming community where people with MS can improve strength and physical fitness, diminish the severity of their symptoms, develop supportive relationships, and improve their quality of life.

Success Appointment

A success appointment is included in a YMCA membership. Our wellness coaches want to ensure that you're successfully setting and reaching your goals and getting to know your Y. They will help you feel comfortable in the wellness center by giving you an orientation on cardio and strength training equipment and by answering any questions you have about classes and personal/small group training packages.
