Personal training packages are available as individual, buddy, or small group sessions
Individual sessions can be purchased in packages of 4 or 8 sessions. Sessions are offered in 30 or 60 minutes in duration; all sessions in a package must be purchased for the same length of time.
The YMCA of Central KY also offers an Introductory Personal Training Package for members who are new to personal training. The intro package is 3 sessions, either 30 or 60 minutes in duration, and must be purchased at the Welcome Desk of your local Y.
