Being prepared for an emergency is the most effective way to reduce the risk of injury and possibly death. This class will certify you in Adult/Child/Infant and two-person CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

In this course, you’ll master essential life-saving skills, including:

  • CPR techniques with rescue breathing and compressions for adults, children, and infants

  • Use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and oxygen administration in urgent situations

  • Management of an obstructed airway, and effective first-aid for cuts, burns, and non-traumatic injuries

  • Instruction in emergency preparedness, injury prevention, and how to respond confidently in a crisis

Whether you’re a parent, coach, babysitter, health-care volunteer, or community member looking to enhance your emergency response skill set, our training provides the knowledge and certification you need. Benefit from hands-on instruction in a supportive environment that emphasizes muscle memory, realistic scenario practice, and the significance of timely action in life-threatening situations.
