170 birthday theme workouts | YMCA of Central KY

During next week of celebrating our 170th anniversary with our community, we're mixing up our routine with themed workouts!

We're offering five workouts-of-the-day (WOD) based on 170 or 1853 (our founding year). Four can be done with minimal equipment, and for our swimmers, we have one lap swim challenge. Complete one or all, and let us know what you think by tagging us on Facebook or Instagram after you've completed your exercise!
