A full credit or refund will be issued to the program participant if the YMCA cancels a class or session (unless weather related).
A full credit or refund for all programs will be given before the first class or session begins, minus the uniform fee, if applicable.
Program fees are not refundable once the session begins. Every effort will be made to inform you if a class or program is canceled due to inclement weather or causes beyond the Y's control.
Personal Training and Private Swim Lesson Cancellation Policy: Your appointment/lesson is valuable; it is reserved for you and you alone. Therefore, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Individuals who provide less than a 24 hour notice will be charged for their session/lesson. To cancel an appointment please contact your trainer/instructor directly.
School Age Child Care (after school care, School's Day Out, summer camp) programs require written notice to the Business Operations Center at least 15 days prior to the beginning of the program. No refunds or credit is given for absences, or cancellations due to inclement weather.
