  • Members ages 10 and up are welcome to use the track

  • Members ages 8-9 may use the track when accompanied by an adult

  • Please do not use strollers or hold children in your arms when walking

  • Please stay towards the inside railing unless passing

  • Be sure to keep moving and not hang over or stand at the railing

  • Approximately 16 laps = 1 mile

  • Please notice the track directions for each day

    • Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Left

    • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - Right
