This weight lifting class will increase muscle strength and endurance. It is for both men and women and can range from moderate to high intensity.

11 a.m. Mat Pilates
A series of exercises designed to improve body alignment, postural awareness, strength and flexibility with emphasis on engaging the muscles that make up your core, hips, back and abdominals.  

Sunday, Feb. 7

10:15 a.m. Zumba®
This class is a fusion of Latin and international music. Dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow that tone and sculpt the body.
