ABOUT THE SWIM TEAM

The North Lexington Family YMCA Tigersharks are among the region's mostly highly respected champions of the water! Our coaching staff works with each swimmer to meet their individual needs to help them succeed, stay safe, and have fun.

Spring/Summer 2025 Season 

Full Season: April 14 - July 25
Spring Season: April 14 - May 30
Summer Season: June 2 - July 25
Spring/Summer Registration: March 10 - 23

Those interested in joining the North Lexington Family YMCA Tigersharks swim team must be a member of the YMCA of Central Kentucky. Click here for more information about memberships.

• Ages: 5-18
• Swimmers must be able to swim 25 Freestyle and 25 Backstroke.
• All new swimmers are required to attend an evaluation by a swim coach. An evaluation does not guarantee placement on the team.
