New cardio and strength equipment - coming to your YMCA this November

As part of our commitment to healthy living, we evaluate and upgrade our cardio and strength equipment every few years, and it's no simple task removing all the old equipment and bringing in the new. 

While equipment installation is taking place, there will be some disruption and limited access to equipment. Please be aware when visiting the wellness centers on these days:

Thursday, November 21
New treadmills to be installed at C.M. Gatton Beaumont YMCA, High Street YMCA, Frankfort Downtown YMCA and Whitaker Family YMCA
Several other pieces of equipment will be removed from C.M. Gatton Beaumont YMCA, High Street YMCA and Frankfort Downtown YMCA

Friday, November 22
Old equipment will be removed from Prevention Park YMCA

Tuesday, November 26
New ellipticals and AMTs to be installed at C.M. Gatton Beaumont YMCA, High Street YMCA and Whitaker Family YMCA 

Wednesday, November 27
New spin bikes will be installed at Whitaker Family YMCA, Frankfort Downtown YMCA and Prevention Park YMCA 

Friday, November 29
New spin bikes will be installed at High Street YMCA
New Arc Trainers and SciFit will be installed at C.M. Gatton Beaumont YMCA
