Join our Active Older Adults group as they gather at the Whitaker Family YMCA Indoor track on Saturdays to walk, stretch, and connect with your fellow members.
Sponsored by CenterWell Senior Primary Care and in partnership with the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department (LFCHD), Health Educators will be joining each walk to provide a brief health and wellness talk or screening, along with participant giveaways such as activity monitors.
