We’re thrilled to announce that, in the new year, Les Mills SPRINT will be coming to the YMCA of Central Kentucky! To anticipate our official launch in January, we'll be hosting pop-up classes to give members a taste of this heart-pumping workout.

SPRINT isn’t your average spin ride — it's a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on an indoor bike that’s all about pushing limits and getting maximum impact in minimal time. By alternating between vigorous moves and recovery periods, the workout helps build lean muscle, spikes metabolism, and keeps your body burning calories long after you step off the bike.
