Exercise with some of your favorite YMCA of Central Kentucky instructors in your own home! Live streaming classes are available to YMCA of Central Kentucky members. The schedule can be found below.

- Click on the link below at the designated time you want to attend class and enter Meeting ID. The link(s) will change each week so be sure to check-in to view the schedule and get new links.
- If you have any questions or feedback on how we can better this experience, please contact us.
- Make sure to sign up for our classes no later than the posted start time (15-minute grace period)
