Join us for Whitaker Family YMCA's Sweat for Good Challenge March 19

Join us on Saturday, March 19 from 8 a.m. - Noon for a Sweat for Good Challenge for the Y with back-to-back group exercise classes. All you have to do is show up, workout, and support your Y community! Snacks and drinks will be provided.

At the Y, we provide opportunities that improve our community's health and well-being, activities that bring families closer together, and programs that empower young people to find success. Your generous support creates equitable access for all. In the past year, the Y has provided over $600,000 to more than 6,500 families and individuals. Please consider joining us in donating to our Annual Campaign so everyone can find their Y!

Lineup of classes include:

  • 8 a.m. Cycling, TRX® and HIGH® FITNESS
  • 8:50 a.m. TRX®, Jazz Funk Fitness, LIFT
  • 9:40 a.m. Barre, HIGH® FITNESS
  • 10:30 a.m. LIFT, Yoga

You must sign up for each class you plan to attend at ymcacky.org/schedules or in our mobile app. Challenge yourself to one or a few and be a community champion!
