SPRINT isn’t your average spin ride — it's a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on an indoor bike that’s all about pushing limits and getting maximum impact in minimal time. By alternating between vigorous moves and recovery periods, the workout helps build lean muscle, spikes metabolism, and keeps your body burning calories long after you step off the bike. Classes will take place:
2 - 2:30 p.m.
2:45 - 3:15 p.m.
3:30 - 4 p.m.
BODYPUMP HEAVY is a tempo-based weightlifting that switches on your metabolic engine to build lean muscle like nothing else. Drawing on traditional lifting techniques, each class challenges strength, builds lean muscle, and drives measurable performance gains. Classes will take place:
