All YMCA members and program participants must complete the online account set-up process before registering for programs or managing their account online. 

Our online account management and registration site allows you to:

  • Register for programs 
  • Update or change your billing information
  • Pay your account balance
  • View or print receipts
  • Print tax statements
  • View your check-in activity for current and previous month
  • View your current and upcoming program registrations on your account

Manage Membership

Cancellation:

  • A 15-day notice is required prior to your scheduled membership draft date (1st or 15th of the month)

  • Any outstanding dues must be paid before the cancellation can be finalized.

  • For memberships paid in full for the year, a prorated refund will be issued. Refunds will be mailed to the primary member. To initiate an annual membership refund request, please contact business@ymcacky.org.

Hold:

  • Requests must be made at least 15 days before your scheduled draft date (1st or 15th of the month).

  • You can place your membership on hold one time per calendar year for up to four months. 

  • Holds begin and end on your membership draft date.

  • Any outstanding dues must be paid before the hold can be finalized.

Please complete and submit the form using the barcode, email address, and name associated with your account.

Submit Cancel/Hold Request

Change: Members can request a change to their membership including:

  • Adding another household member to an account 
  • Removing a household member from an account
  • Changing a membership draft date
  • Changing a membership type
  • Transferring a membership to a different location
  • Updating billing method (provide only last four numbers. Update your information at My Account)

A 15-day notice is required for all account changes.
