Power Scholars Academy® is a free five-week summer learning loss prevention program run in partnership with the YMCA of Central Kentucky, Consolidated Baptist Church, Shiloh Baptist Church, Fayette County Public Schools, and BellXcel. This program is designed to help advance students’ academic achievement through a summer experience that combines small group, rigorous literacy and math instruction, hands-on enrichment activities, fields trips, and service projects. Power Scholars Academy® will help your child discover their inner scholar.
Dates:
The program will run June 15 - July 17, 2026 (no sessions on Friday, June 19 + Friday, July 3)

7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Shiloh Baptist Church | Grades K-3
Consolidated Baptist Church | Grades 4-8
Scholar and Family Requirements:
Power Scholars Academy® is an application-based program offered at no cost to families. Participant must be a Fayette County Public School student and their parent/caregiver must commit to the following for scholar(s) to participate:
