Join our Active Older Adults group as they gather on Saturdays at one of Lexington's gorgeous trails to walk, connect, and take in some fresh air. No reservations are required, but note that we will cancel or, in some cases, move indoors for heavy rain or storms.
Sponsored by CenterWell Senior Primary Care and in partnership with the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department (LFCHD), Health Educators will be joining each walk to provide a brief health and wellness talk or screening, along with participant giveaways such as activity monitors.
