Start your Saturday with intention, movement, and community! Join the YMCA of Central Kentucky for Yoga in the Park, a free outdoor yoga series designed to help you connect your mind, body, and spirit in the fresh air and natural beauty of Charles Young Park.
Whether you're new to Yoga or a seasoned Yogi, this all-levels class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and find your center. Bring a yoga mat or towel, and invite a friend!

In the event of inclement weather, class will move to the High Street YMCA.
