MONDAY, APRIL 20 - Decades (70s, 80s and 90s)
9 A.M. TRIPLE THREAT - Instructor: PAM CAREY 
Get your three favorite workouts in one. Power Hour with a little kick and a lot of core.
9:45 A.M. HIGH® FITNESS, Instructors: KANDAS WOOLFORD and JENNIFER WOLTERS
Think old school aerobics made modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons.
10:45 A.M. KID'S MOVEMENT, Instructor: SARAH WOODWARD 
Family friendly workout for 15-30 minutes.
4 P.M. CORE DE FORCE, Instructor: THERESA CRONE
This mixed martial arts inspired workout will blast fat and give you total body definition. No equipment needed.
6 P.M. YOGA-VINYASA FLOW Instructor: DORAINE BAILEY
Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. This class is a gentle introduction to basic yoga postures. You will leave the class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.

TUESDAY, APRIL 21 - Animal prints
9 A.M. POUND, Instructor:  KIM RIGGS
Rock Out full body workout. At home use spoons, spatulas, sticks!
9:45 A.M. PILATES, Instructor: PAM BROWN
A series of exercises designed to improve body alignment, postural awareness, strength, and flexibility with emphasis on engaging the muscles that make up your core, hips, back, and abdominals.
10:45 A.M. KID'S MOVEMENT, Instructor: SARAH WOODWARD
Family friendly workout for 15-30 minutes.
4 P.M. ZUMBA®, Instructor: AMANDA KOHN
This class is a fusion of Latin and international music. Dance themes create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow that tone and sculpt the body.
6 P.M. LIFT, Instructor: ALLISON MOORE
This weight lifting class will increase muscle strength and endurance. It is for both men and women and can range from moderate to high intensity. Grab dumbbells, water jugs, or laundry detergent and join us.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22 - Team Kentucky
9 A.M. LIFT, Instructor: JENNIFER WOLTERS
This weight lifting class will increase muscle strength and endurance. It is for both men and women and can range from moderate to high intensity. Grab dumbbells, water jugs, or laundry detergent and join us.
9:45 A.M. HIGH® FITNESS, Instructors: KANDAS WOOLFORD and JENNIFER WOLTERS

Grab your form of weights and get ready to work.
6 P.M.. BARRE, Instructor: RENEE PHILLIPS
A no impact workout incorporating ballet inspired postures and exercises that focus on isometric strength and controlled movements designed to fatigue the muscles.

THURSDAY, APRIL 23 - Sports Day
9 A.M. VIIT, Instructor: PAM CAREY
Variable Intensity Interval Training.
9:45 A.M. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, Instructor: AMANDA MASTHAY
A series of exercises designed to improve body alignment, postural awareness, strength, and flexibility with emphasis on engaging the muscles that make up your core, hips, back, and abdominals.
10:45 A.M. KIDS MOVEMENT Instructor: SARAH WOODWARD
Family friendly workout for 15-30 minutes.
4 p.m. Turbo Kick®, Instructor: ALLISON MOORE
Turbo Kick® LIVE! combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training for an unbelievable calorie burn. You'll have a blast getting into knockout shape - learning hard-hitting combos while torching fat and carving muscle.
6 P.M. KETTLEBELL, Instructor: KIM RIGGS
Kettlebell not required! Grab any time of weighted object for cardio and strength.

FRIDAY, APRIL 24 - Crazy Socks for Docs and Wacky Day
9 A.M.  BOOTCAMP, Instructor: JENNIFER WOLTERS
Total body conditioning using intervals, stations and circuit training techniques. Build cardiovascular capacity and strength.
9:45 A.M. HIGH® FITNESS, Instructors: KANDAS WOOLFORD and JENNIFER WOLTERS
Think Old School Aerobics made Modern. Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons.
10:45 A.M. BARRE CONNECT, Instructor: ARLENE RUIZ (Class taught in Spanish)
