Friday, Oct. 30, 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Join us throughout the day as we celebrate some of High Street’s final moments in the current building:

  • Classes - Jump Start at 6 a.m., Aqua Power at 10:30 a.m., Kim's Noon class at 12 p.m. and Yoga at 12:30 p.m.
  • The Last Shot, The Last Lap & The Last Hit - Final shots on the basketball court, final laps in our four pool lanes, and final games on both racquetball courts.
  • The Last Scan & The Last Join - We'll recognize Roy Coffey, a 46-year consecutive member and the final person to join the High Street YMCA.

High Street’s impact will continue through the people and memories that have shaped it for 64 years. As we celebrate that legacy, we look forward to carrying that spirit of community, connection and belonging into the future of the Y in downtown Lexington.

We are still continuing our due diligence and negotiations with Proof Fitness. As soon as we’re able to share more information, we’ll reach out to both YMCA and Proof Fitness members with details.  Stay tuned for more information coming soon!
