We hate to see anyone leave the Y. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, please give the YMCA a 15-day written notice to stop your bank draft (prior to the draft date that you picked for your monthly dues). Complete the form below and a staff member will follow up with you to complete the process or you can stop by the Member Services desk and complete a cancellation form.

  • If you are set up on a monthly draft: You can stop by the Member Services desk or complete the form below. You must give a 15-day notice (cancellation form in person or online website form) prior to the draft date that you picked for your monthly dues. 

  • If you paid for your membership in full for the year: You can stop by the Member Services desk or complete a cancellation form below.  A prorated refund will be mailed to you from our Association Office.
